This is a Beautiful Copper VOC Doit coin, which was struck by the Dutch for circulating in the Netherlands East Indies. The coin is dated 1729, Zeeland Mint.
Legend on Obverse : LUCTOR ET EMERGO (I Strive and Rise).
These VOC coins were only circulated in the Dutch Colonies, and not circulated in the Homeland.
